Verification Tips

Many land deals are done online now and will probably progress to being done online in the future. Here are a couple of things you can do to verify we own our land

🟠Ask us for a picture copy of the deed

🟠 Check the county website that shows property information, my personal or business name will be listed (Just put in the parcel number)

🟠 You can call the county the land is associated with and confirm we own the property (Land Service Nationwide LLC)

🟠Text or call us 321-279-9184 to know you are speaking with a real company. This is my personal number

  • I purchased land from them in 2021 and I'm glad that I chose The Land Service. Stone was very elaborate about everything pertaining to the property and was able to answer the many questions that I had, I was even told what the taxes were yearly on the property, he also knew what the city/ordinance codes were. Of course you can always verify through the tax appraisal district that Land Service Nationwide LLC is the owner of all of the Properties, I know I did lol! Well you pretty much have to do your homework these days; and The Land Service is 100% legit. The property was priced fairly for the market value equivalent to cash price rates. There are different payment options to choose from. I think that the land service is the milestone for people to become landowners because it has never before seen down payments and extremely low monthly payments. I honestly believe that the land service should actually be called The Land King because nobody can beat these prices! Thank you Stone!!!
